Ingredient: Guavas, stevia, ginger (optional)

Direction:

  • Wash guavas.

  • Cut in quarters.

  • Juice guavas and ginger. (You may opt to retain the seeds)

  • Add stevia to juice

Health Benefits:

  • Improves eyesight (vitamin A)

  • Helps you stay cancer-free (vitamin C)

  • Helps regulate thyroid metabolism (copper)

  • Increases brain function (niacin)
